We currently need two or three new drivers to help those receiving assistance from Interfaith Assistance Ministry (IAM) to get their food and clothing home from IAM’s pantry. In addition, we need a back-up dispatcher, which involves 15 minutes or so on the phone six or eight times a month. You don’t even have to be at home if you take your cell phone and the list of drivers with you when you go out. The calls from IAM come only between 9:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. If there is an occasional time when you’re not available to take a call that’s okay. Please consider helping out with this important volunteer need. Contact Pat Wakeley (692-9523) for details.
