The Endowment Committee urges you to consider legacy giving to UUFH as you make your estate and trust decisions. No matter your age, it is good to have these documents prepared and held in a safe place. You can always update and revise them as your life goes on.

The Bequest Society form is available at the UUFH office during regular hours. The blank forms can be found in a labeled file at the front of the mail folder files in the office. You can also ask Sandy to mail one out to you. The completed forms should be returned to the Office and will be held in a confidential locked file. You may have access to your form to revise it at any time. No dollar amounts are asked for, only percentages of your total gift. This document is not legally binding, but it helps us to know you have an intention to make a gift.

The other benefits of filling out this form are that it allows you to designate how you wish your gift to be used. If you do not designate, our Bylaws require that your gift be divided equally between four main funds. Also, the form allows you to indicate if you want your name and amount to be shared with the congregation once the gift is given, or if you wish it to be anonymous.
