Do we really have “a sense of an ultimate environment that intends our good?” Yes, we say, we really do. That is the foundational understanding and promise this community of faith holds and keeps alive. Each fall we form again and renew our voice of pattern, wholeness, relation and action “committed to work in harmony with each other and the natural world.” (Rev. Mark Ward). We begin our program year with the tradition of an ingathering ceremony centered on the centrality of water to our living and to all life. In this multigenerational service, we invite everyone to bring water that is special and place it in a common bowl as we gather before the service begins. Make it a point to join us this Sunday so you can be part of our new beginnings in this renewed service.
