Letting go is one of the most difficult (and frightening) things we are called to do in this life. Whether it is the loss of employment, a relationship, a move to another geographical location, you name it, the fear of the unknown will keep us stuck in situations long past their expiration date. But once we surrender (not the same as giving up), as we allow Life to happen to us, instead of making or forcing things to happen, we can embrace the rhythm and flow of our own individual lives and become the unique, creative, authentic, loving souls we were meant to be. This morning, we will explore that fear and the human ego mindset that keeps us from embracing Life with our hearts, minds, and our arms wide open.
