The annual Souper Bowl of Caring food collection will be held on February 1 in area churches around the country. Please participate by contributing a CAN OF SOUP and A DOLLAR. Collection baskets will be placed in the foyer near the coat rack and next to the Fellowship Hall back door.
During 2014 UUFH members and friends donated, by way of the weekly collection in the Fellowship Hall, 437 pounds of food, personal care items, school supplies and clothing plus $47 in cash. It is through this generosity that the Interfaith Assistance Ministry (IAM) is able to continue helping those in need in our community.
Love Wins – an Open House Celebration of Marriage Equality will be held Monday, October 20 at 7:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall. There will be singing, sharing, remembering and celebrating. Light refreshment will be served. The community is invited to come and share in the excitement of this historical event.
