Year-Round Gardening Project Springs Into Action

Man gardening

The Spring gardening season is almost upon us!  The Year-Round Gardening project of the Green Sanctuary Certification Program is looking for more participants.

Fellowship members who have gardening space to make available to others, or folks looking for a location to grow some of their own veggies, are encouraged to become participants in this win-win program.  There are no age limits; gardens are expected to be herbicide and pesticide free.  For more information, contact Rich DeSimone (newzred10@gmail.com). Thanks!

You Are Invited to Our April Poetry Blast!

Please let Don Keefauver know if you plan to participate, if you are reading more than one poem – which you are welcome to do – AND estimate approximately how many minutes your reading(s) will last.

If you know someone outside of UUFH who would like to participate, by all means invite them.  If they are coming for the dinner, remind them to bring their favorite dish to share.

Don says, “Thank you!  Let’s have a good time!”  Email him (d.keefauver@morrisbb.net) so he can put you on the program.
