Do you want more compassion in your life and in our world? Join us to learn and practice Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in a 6-week class led by Rev. Jeff Jones.
Rev. Jones spoke at UUFH in April about simplicity. After 20 years in parish ministry, he began to pursue Community Ministry in Compassionate Living, a cornerstone of which is Nonviolent Communication developed by Marshall Rosenberg.
“NVC can be seen as both a spiritual practice that helps us see our common humanity, using our power in a way that honors everyone’s needs, and a concrete set of skills which help us create life-serving families and communities. The form is simple, yet powerfully transformative.”
