2014 Congregational Survey

The 2014 Congregational Survey was prepared by the Strategic Planning Task Group.

• The survey is set up so that more than one person can use the same computer to complete and return the survey.
• A print-based copy of the survey is available for people who do not have access to a computer, or are not comfortable using this technology.  Just contact the UUFH office to request a copy (693-3157).
• Members of the Task Group will meet with anyone who just needs some assistance in accessing, completing or returning the survey.  Please contact the office to make arrangements.
